How does Sex Coaching work?
As a sexual empowerment coach, I focus on the physical and emotional relationship between people, then identify their attitudes about sex and the sexual blocks. We will unpack sexual beliefs you have internalized from your life experienced and get you moving towards a pleasurable life in and out of the bedroom!
Specific objectives may include the following:
- How to communicate in your partners sexual language
- Increasing the trust in your relationship
- Exploring what turns you on
- How to orgasm
- How to say no
- How to say YES!
- Learning to eliminate distractions and relax
- Learning to communicate what you’d like in an empowered way
- Increasing or enhancing sexual stimulation
- Minimizing pain during intercourse
- Understanding consent
- Understanding your body and your partners
- Explore safe power play
- Allowing yourself to feel pleasure!
If you’d like to explore sex, I want you to know that you aren’t alone in wanting more and that I can help. I work diligently to reshape shame, trauma, fear, and guilt in relation to sex.
If you have previous sexual trauma that has not been addressed in therapy, I may suggest that you have individual sessions before proceeding with your partner(s).
